Returns

Shoot me an email (craigmillerstudio@gmail.com) with any return requests or questions about your order. If you’ve changed your mind about your order it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be in perfect condition. If there was an error with your order I will work with you to make it right!

Commissions

I am not currently accepting commission requests. I may open them in the future—keep an eye out!

Rug Care Guidelines

Wondering how to take care of your new tufted piece? Here are my recommended guidelines to make sure you’ll be able to enjoy your rug for years to come.

• Vacuum or hand brush your rug as needed. If your vacuum has an adjustable suction option, use on a low level.

• Gently blot to remove stains using a cloth, lukewarm water, and possibly a ph-neutral + bleach-free cleaner for stubborn stains.

• Avoid getting your rug overly wet to preserve the glue binding. Do not use in damp environments.

• Never machine wash, dry clean, or use harsh chemicals on your rug.
